How to register in PSC one time registration..?
You should be carry these documents for applying one time registration.
2. The signature of candidate in same pixel not above 30 KB also scan and save for uploading.
3. Carry your identification details(voters ID, passport, pan card etc.)
4. All qualification certificates, mark lists, registration number, date of birth proof etc.
5. Other common details.
Specification of uploading photo and signature
a) Care while uploading your photo
* The name of candidate with date of photo taken should written below the photo.
* The photo need to scan and save in the computer in the prescribed resolution for uploading in the site.
* Face should be correct in position and preferably come in center of the photo.
* Background should be in white or light colors.
* The photo file size do not exceed 30 kb.
* Avoid wearing of glass when you are taking photo, because eyes should be visible.
* Image type should be JPG file
b) Care while uploading your signature
* Maximum file size 30 kb
* Image Dimension: 150W X 100H px (150 width and 100 height in pixels).
* Image Type: JPG
How to apply ..?
Step 1: Open the official website of Kerala public service commission, Click here to open official website.
Step 2: Click the link 'One time Registration' on the top of the home page to enter intoOne Time Registration page of Thulasi.
Step 3: Click on new registration or sign up button to start your one time registration.
Step 4: Then page will ask you like "Please check whether your photograph bears your Nameand date of photo taken. Your application will be summarily rejected (non appealable), if the photograph does not bear your name and date of taken" Then tick i agree, Then click next button.
Step 6: Then upload your scanned signature, The size should be 150 x 200 pixels, with a maximum size of 30 Kb.If uploading is successful a new page will come with your photograph and signature with KPSC mark on the right side.

Step 8: In the next step you have to enter your Email Address and Mobile Number etc. Then Click Next.
Step 9: Then Enter your User ID, Confirm your User ID, Enter your Password, Confirm your Password.
Step 10: Then you will get a SMS with user id and other details in your mobile phone number.
Now you finished the Kerala PSC One Time Registration. Remember your User ID and Password for login.
